i just remembered the one time 'all star' by smash mouth came on the radio and jared and i ignored all social boundaries and just shamelessly rocked out, repeating the words in each other's faces with the same joviality as though we just found out we won a million bucks or something.
and it's midnight and he's been sleeping for over an hour now and i'm wide awake so i'm doing the reasonable thing, i'm sharing a blog post.
these postsecrets have been sitting on my desktop for about a month now. i felt compelled to save them because they struck a meaningful chord with me. the first image- i would be fulfilled in life if one day i have grown children who feel this way. second image- i don't feel the need to conform socially ever. but on a religious level, this is so true for my relationship with jared. he helps me see clearly what really matters and what doesn't. third image- i wish for him every time a wish can be wished.
